5. After entering your password, press enter.

1. Check your Wi-Fi connection and ethernet cable to see if you are connected to the device.
2. Sometimes Android phones and tablets may require a connection reset. To do this, put your phone in airplane mode and then go to WiFi settings. From there, delete the WiFi network you are connected to, turn on airplane mode and reconnect. This will allow you to connect to the same network cleanly.
3. A VPN connection will cause IP conflicts, making your connection unsuccessful. So turn off the VPN connection.
4. Delete your web browser’s cookies and history. Press Ctrl + H and use the Delete alt history option on the left side.
6. Restart the Fritz!Box device. After about 2 minutes the connection will be established again.
7. Check the DHCP settings. Using the wrong IP address creates problems.
8. If all else fails, use the emergency IP address http//169.254.1.1. To connect to this address, access your device via the Lan port.
9. Try using another device to see if the problem persists.
