IP Address Unreachable: This may be caused by typing the wrong IP in the URL line. You can find the correct address on the label of your modem or in the user manual. If you don’t see the correct address there, open the Terminal page and run the ipconfig command.
Open the command line by typing Start > Run > cmd and type ‘ipconfig‘.
Incorrect username and password: If you have forgotten the default login credentials, reset your router to factory settings. To do this, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds. This will reset all settings and you will be back to factory settings.
Connection Problems: Check that you are connected to the correct WiFi network. Sometimes the address cannot be identified if you are connected to the wrong WiFi network. You can overcome the problem by connecting to the Ethernet port.

- Open the administration panel by entering the address 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1.
