AirTies Router Login Problems and Solutions
If you are having trouble logging into the modem interface, you can try the following solutions:
1. Wrong IP Address : If you type 192.168.2.I (letter L) in the URL address line instead of 192.168.2.1, you will not be able to connect to the Airties router login interface page. Type 192.168.2.1 to confirm that you are connected to the correct address. If this does not work, enter the address from the modem’s user manual or label.
2. Incorrect Username and Password: If you entered the default modem password but failed, the password may have changed. Press and hold the ‘reset’ button on the back of the modem for 10 seconds and try logging in again.
3. Web browser problems: Try deleting the web browser’s cache and do not log in again. Sometimes it may be useful to log in with a different browser. You can try incognito mode login and try without cookies.
4. Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection problem: Review the connection, whichever method you are connecting with, to check for connectivity. Turn your modem off for about 1 minute and then turn it back on.
